Who We Are

Worship Mentors is a ministry dedicated to coming along-side churches who desire to grow the health and proficiency of their worship ministries but need help taking their next step.  We provide a simple blueprint for building, growing and maintaining a skilled committed and spiritually focused culture.  We help churches develop a team lead model where every team member is activated to pursue and fulfill their ministry role with humility and a heart of unity. We also provide resources and training in the areas of Sound, Lighting, AV, Worship Musicianship, Communication and Administration and Spiritual Character and Leadership.  Churches have the same goals and often the same challenges.  We are here to help.  We would love to connect with you and be a trusted resource for your church.

We Train Worship Teams

Things are changing in the church world and believe it or not we at Worship Mentors believe it is a good thing.  Traditionally churches would rely on full time staff to meet the needs of the ministry but now we are seeing a shift to Part Time and volunteer ministry leaders.  We are also seeing an increase of worship leaders burning out and transitioning out at a higher rate. But the good news is churches that embrace the trends and adopt healthy Change are stronger and they are growing, At Worship Mentors we train and equip your volunteer as well as vocational worship team to serve their best without burning out. We adopt a team lead model where the team works together and the vocational leader serves as a mentor as well as a practitioner.  We have seen tremendous results in the churches that have embraced this model.  An investment in Worship Mentors is and investment in YOUR worship team.

    Consulting Services

    Sound Design
    Does your church need a new sound system or an upgrade to your existing one? This can be a frustrating and costly venture. We make it easy and affordable. We are continually offering state of the art systems for churches with limited budgets.
    Sound Training
    Once you have your dream sound system. You need to get your volunteer and staff trained. We will provide both live training and online courses so you always have the answer you need to keep your team executing well.
    Solutions
    When you have problems arise or your needing to talk through a challenge your worship team is facing, it is good to have a trusted source that has been where you are to help you save time and resources to come to quick solutions. As a Worship Members member, you will have access to a skilled professional who will help you quickly find solutions that will help you take your team and ministry to the next level.
    Workshops
    In stead of taking your team across the country to attend a workshop or conference, you can host a workshop or conference in your church. Whether is a vocal workshop for your singers or a full worship conference for your whole team we've got you covered. You can also host this conference to other churches in your area. It's a great why to offset the cost of the event and partner with the local church.

    Join us each week for our live Q&A calls where we connect and work through your current challenges and provide solutions to keep you on track in growing your worship ministry.

It is a place where member post their successes challenges and insight into all thing worship and tech. If you miss a Live Call, no problem. This is also where you will find the archive of previous calls.
