Last updated: October 8, 2026
Worship Mentors LLC, operated by JP Smits, uses the information you provide on the free Chapter 1 signup form to deliver your requested PDF and, with your consent, send worship leadership resources, news, and information about our coaching, courses, and offers.
Information collected
The form collects your first name, optional last name, email address, and optional phone number, together with your consent selection and submission record. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and cookies used to operate the site.
How information is used and processed
We use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector to manage the signup form, contact records, subscriber tags, and email delivery. Service providers process information to operate these services. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting [email protected]. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in automated marketing text messages. Phone number entry is optional.
Access and privacy requests
Contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask questions about this notice. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable legal obligations may require us to retain some records.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to deliver requested resources, manage subscriptions, document consent and opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
